What we call a ready property lead

A ready property lead is an enquiry from someone asking about completed property: ready-to-move-in or resale, to live in or as an investment. The prospect has agreed to be contacted by a licensed broker.

Interest in a launch is off-plan, not ready. We record which one the prospect asked about and keep the categories apart.

It counts when

  • The prospect asked about completed, ready-to-move-in or resale property
  • They gave a way to reach them and agreed to broker contact
  • They answered the enquiry questions, such as area, budget and timeline

It is not

  • Off-plan and under-construction enquiries
  • Rental enquiries
  • Owners asking for a valuation or looking to sell
  • Contacts taken from lists, portals or scraped databases

Questions about ready property leads

What if the prospect has already bought?

It happens, because people enquire in more than one place. They did enquire, so it does not qualify for a replacement. Calling early is the only real defence.

Is it resale or developer stock?

The original enquiry shows what the prospect asked for. Where they named a community or a building, the record says so; where they did not, it is recorded as general ready-property interest.

Can I mix these with off-plan leads?

Yes. A package is a number of leads, and you choose which available enquiries to spend it on across Rent, Off-Plan and Ready Property.

How current is the enquiry?

Every record shows when the enquiry was submitted and when it reached you, and nothing is delivered more than 30 days after the enquiry.
