What we call a buyer lead

A buyer lead is one person, one enquiry, and a stated intention to purchase residential property in the UAE. The prospect has agreed to be contacted by a licensed broker about that enquiry.

Browsing is not buying. Someone who downloaded a brochure or liked an advert has shown curiosity, and we do not sell curiosity as a buyer lead.

Buy buyer leads

It counts when

  • The prospect submitted an enquiry about purchasing a property
  • They gave a way to reach them and agreed to broker contact
  • They answered the enquiry questions, such as area and budget range

It is not

  • Rental enquiries
  • Owners asking for a valuation or looking to sell
  • Job seekers, other agents and suppliers
  • Contacts taken from lists, portals or scraped databases

Who buyer leads suit

Secondary-market agents

You cover a handful of communities and want conversations with people already looking there.

Brokerages feeding a team

You need a steady number of enquiries each month to share across agents, with the same standard every time.

New agents building a pipeline

You would rather start with the 40-lead package, learn what converts for you, and scale from evidence.

Questions about buyer leads

What if the prospect has already bought?

It happens, because people enquire in more than one place. They did enquire, so it does not give a credit back, but mark it bad with that reason: it counts towards which sources we keep buying from.

What if nobody answers?

No answer is not the same as an invalid lead. A number that is disconnected or belongs to someone else gives the credit back. A real person who does not pick up is a follow-up job, and we would rather tell you that now than after you pay.

Can I choose one community only?

Yes. Choose the communities you sell in your preferences. Narrow choices mean fewer leads, so checkout shows how many are available before you pay.

Are these the same people who enquire on the portals?

Some will be. A buyer who is serious usually enquires in several places. What differs is that a supplied lead is not tied to one listing, so you are free to show them anything that fits.
