The six steps

  1. Choose a package and what you sell

Pick 40, 158 or 357 leads and choose lead types, projects and areas, or leave them open. Checkout shows how many matching leads are available now.

  2. Pay and create your login

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or bank transfer for the larger packages. Your login is your email and a password you choose.

  3. We check your broker licence

The people who enquired were told a licensed broker would contact them, so we check your licence once. Phone numbers and emails are in your leads straight away.

  4. Your leads are waiting

Leads in stock that match your preferences are in your CRM the moment payment clears, each with its enquiry and delivery time.

  5. New leads arrive by themselves

As new people enquire about what you sell, they are added to your account until your credits are used.

  6. Rate, claim and top up

Mark each lead good or bad. Wrong numbers and duplicates reported within 7 days from delivery give the credit back. Buy another package whenever you like.

Where leads come from

Every lead is a person who has already enquired, about a specific project or about buying property in Dubai, and agreed to be contacted by licensed brokers.

We do not run advertising campaigns for individual orders. If you ask for a project that nobody has enquired about recently, your account tells you so before you use any credits on it, instead of promising leads that do not exist yet.

What that means for you

  • You see how many matching leads exist before you pay
  • Leads in stock are delivered immediately, not in a few weeks
  • No lead is older than 30 days when it reaches you
  • Each lead goes to no more than 3 brokerages

Top up whenever you like

There is no contract and no subscription. When your credits run low, the CRM tells you, and you buy another package from inside your account. The new leads appear in the same place, with your preferences and your team already set up.

Credits last 12 months. If your preferences cannot be filled within 30 days, we suggest wider ones, or refund the credits we could not deliver.

Delivery and follow-up questions

How quickly do leads arrive after I pay?

Leads that match your preferences and are already in stock are delivered the moment your payment clears. The rest arrive as new people enquire. Before you pay, checkout shows how many are available now and how long the rest usually take.

What does "shared" mean, and how many other brokers get the same lead?

Each lead goes to no more than 3 brokerages, and your CRM shows how many have received it. You will never get the same lead twice, and the agents inside your own brokerage do not count as extra recipients.

Can my team call or WhatsApp these prospects?

The prospect agreed to be contacted about their enquiry by licensed brokers, and that is the basis you are working from. How you contact them still has to follow UAE telemarketing rules and Dubai Land Department requirements. If in doubt, ask your compliance officer before you start.

What happens if a number is wrong or the lead is a duplicate?

Mark it bad in your CRM within 7 days from delivery and choose the reason. A wrong or disconnected number, a duplicate, someone who never enquired, or someone who is not a buyer gives the credit back, and the next matching lead is delivered in its place.

What if you cannot deliver all my leads?

If your preferences cannot be filled within 30 days, we suggest wider ones. If you would rather not, we refund the credits we could not deliver at the price per lead you paid.
