This policy explains what personal data DXB Leads handles, why, who receives it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
DXB Leads operates dxbleads.com and supplies property enquiries to licensed real estate professionals in the UAE. You can reach us about privacy through the contact page.
Two groups of people
We handle personal data about two different groups, and we treat them separately.
Brokers and businesses who buy leads
When you buy a package, open an account or use a form on this website we collect:
- Your name, work email (your login), mobile number and, for team members, their names and emails
- Your brokerage name, office registration number, trade licence number and, if you give it, your VAT number
- Your orders, payments and invoices. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number
- What you do in your account: preferences, statuses, ratings, notes, follow-ups and messages you log against a lead
- The page you were on, the first page you visited, and campaign tags in the link you followed, where available
We use this to run your account, check your licence, deliver and support your orders, issue invoices, improve which leads we supply, and understand which pages of our site are useful. We do not sell this data.
Prospects who submit a property enquiry
If you filled in a property enquiry form that named DXB Leads, we collected the details you entered, such as your name, contact details and what you are looking for, together with the time you submitted it and the consent wording shown to you.
We share those details with up to three licensed real estate brokers or developers, who may contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. That is the purpose stated on the form and the only reason we share it. We do not publish prospect data, and sample leads and the CRM preview on this website are invented.
Who receives personal data
- Licensed real estate professionals who buy leads from us receive prospect enquiries, under terms that restrict how they may use them
- Service providers who host our website and records, process payments, send our emails and monitor errors, acting on our instructions
- Authorities, where the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep account, order and invoice records for as long as your account is open and then as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Prospect contact details stay visible in a buyer’s account for up to 12 months after delivery, unless the buyer is still actively working the lead, and are then anonymised. We keep consent records for as long as needed to handle disputes and show the basis for sharing.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Stop sharing it, or delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it
- Stop contacting you
Contact us with enough detail to find your record and we will respond. If you ask us to stop, your details are hidden in the account of every broker who received them, and you will not be shared again.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses one strictly necessary cookie, to keep you logged in to your account. Our forms use your browser’s session storage to remember your selections while you move between pages; that stays on your device until you submit. If we add analytics, it will not receive your name, phone number, email or anything you type into a form, and we will ask before setting any optional cookie.
Security
Everything is sent over an encrypted connection. Each brokerage sees only its own leads, access inside DXB Leads is limited to people who need it, exports are logged, and prospect contact details are never placed on public pages.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and its date.
