Prices suppliers publish
These are list prices we found on each supplier’s own website in October 2026. They may have changed since, and we have not bought from any of them.

Why the blog benchmarks disagree
Search for cost per lead in Dubai and you will find ranges from AED 50 to AED 2,500. Most come from marketing agencies describing what it costs to generate a lead through advertising, which is a different thing from buying one.
The figures are rarely sourced, they mix off-plan with secondary and villas with studios, and they do not say what counted as a lead. Treat them as rough signals.
What actually moves the price
- Lead type. Off-plan investor enquiries and general buyer enquiries are priced differently.
- How narrow you go. One community and a tight budget band costs more than “any Dubai area”.
- Exclusivity. One recipient costs more than three.
- Checks. A contact check or a qualification call adds cost per lead.
- Volume and commitment. Larger or recurring orders usually bring the unit price down.
Compare quotes on the same basis
A cheaper lead that goes to five brokers is not cheaper. Before you compare two quotes, line up five things: what counts as a lead, how many buyers receive it, how old it can be, what gets replaced and within how long, and whether there is a minimum.
